If it were possible, I would give this place a negative star. My experience started with a confusing phone call to place my order. I ended up speaking to someone who sounded like they were in a call center in Asia, and it took a frustrating 15 minutes to place my order because they were unfamiliar with the menu, particularly the different crust and topping options. vineland, plymouth, that would be a minus star if they had made it possible. the problem started with the call in the order. we have what can sound like a callcenter in asia. it took 15 minutes to place the order because the person does not know the products, especially the types of crusts, and toppings. she quoted a price of $5.00 below what it was actually. then I picked up my pizza. first, the supplier parked his chic car on the parking lot with the only way to the door of the building, so that customers navigate a 4 ft sand pit to enter. only two people worked, and I stood there 15 minutes before someone asked what the name was on the command. then I waited to find the pizza. worst part?...

Ordered online with no problem, arrived at the given time for pick-up, was advised they were behind, which I understand happens, and was told it would be an extra 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, with no further communication the pizzas were ready. One was done and sat there for 20 minutes until the second one was done, not sure what that was about. Poor communication, if there is an issue, it is important to keep the customer in the loop. The pizza was fine.

I couldn't place my order inside the restaurant, so I had to go online and order from the parking lot. Unfortunately, the wings were soggy and quite disappointing. On the bright side, the cheesy bread was tasty. Overall, I found the prices to be excessive for what I received. I haven't ordered from Domino's in a long time, and after this experience, I probably won't be ordering again.

I noticed a $7.99 special on the TV, but when I ordered, it somehow turned into an $8.99 special. It would be great if they could get their advertising straight. Marked down contactless delivery and the bright driver could not done the room will I say to lazy to go to the hotel room cause he did not even try so made me come to lobby to get it .
