I placed an order online. I had my son get it from the delivery driver cause I was doing something. When I went to check it the order was completely wrong and the receipt had the name, address, and phone number where it was supposed to be delivered to. I called the store 18 times. Someone picked up and hung up the phone and other times they picked up the phone and just let it sit there. One instance I hear an employee complaining about why does she have to have an emergency contact. I was trying to handle the situation in a calm and rational way but the horrible customer service has me seeing red. Now I have to go up there and address this. Why? Just answer the phone and rectify the problem.
Slow delivery, sloppy food, just not pleasant. I really disliked my food and we ordered several pizzas for our get-together. The cheese bread is great and the brownie was good, but the pizzas themselves were underwhelming at best and downright hard to eatat worst. We also had to wait a fairly long time to get our food (which to be fair it was at the dinner hour on a friday, so nottoo many points lost there). When i called to check on the order, the woman I spoke to was quite nice and assured me that myfood was out for delivery, which the app confirmed would not be true for another 10 minutes. I placed an order online for delivery, but after waiting for over an hour, I decided to call the restaurant for an update. The young lady on the phone informed me that they were short on drivers and said I could either cancel the order or pick it up myself. I opted to pick it up. I sent my son to the store about 20 minutes later, only to find out that they hadn’t even started preparing our order! How frustrating! The management at this place is incredibly lacking. They don't seem to care about their customers at all! I won’t be ordering from here again!
The young woman at the front counter taking orders was very nice and polite, and she genuinely appeared confused when she was told to cancel my order. I'm not sure which of the two young men called me about my order, as neither took responsibility for it while I was there. The lack of communication was frustrating.
My card was charged, so if I don't receive a full refund within three days, I will definitely be back to address this issue, as it would then become more than just a case of miscommunication. I hope the team can improve this situation!

Ordered my food and it arrive 2/12 hours late I had to call the store and the rude manager name start with a z told me her driver was leaving with my food now. The food was extremely cold and she said well I can offer you a lava cake since the food is cold ! I asked for it to be remade but she hung up on me . I called back and she said she was sending her driver to pick up the food and would give me a full refund! This is horrible y’all don’t waste your time
Placed an order at 7:30, it's 10:30 and no pizza even though the app said it was being quality checked at 8:05. I offered to pick it up and was told they would cancel the order offer a refund in 7 days and I would have to pay again. Called back at 10:30& was told the pizza was just made. The girl said they only say it's quality check to clear off the screen.
Horrible delivery time it took 2 hours for pizza to be delivered then when I try to call to ask for some kind of compensation because online I’m told it would be delivered in 29-39 min the rude girl says I can’t do that then I ask for a manager she says we don’t have one then says call corporate and hung up on me never again will I order again from here

Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed their selections as well!
