This place can be quite inconsistent, which is disappointing. We’ve ordered from here several times and usually enjoyed the pizzas, but tonight was a letdown. We ordered two pizzas: one was nearly burnt, very chewy, and had hardly any cheese, while the Christmas special was mushy and unappetizing—my partner couldn’t eat it, and when I tried it, the taste was quite odd. The bill came to £45, which felt excessive for a meal we didn’t enjoy, especially with pizzas that shouldn’t have left the kitchen. I tried calling the store multiple times but got no answer.
