Don Sol Mexican Grill

We've never been to this chain restaurant, but an hour and 15 minutes wait in another place was out of the question. We were immediately greeted and sitting. Really enjoyed the salsa, and our waiter Martin was very nice and very attentive. We enjoyed our meals and we tried a huge Burrito, Tilapia and the essential Fajitas.(Hähnchensteak and chorizo) The portions were nicely large, the restaurant was lively and clean, and we will definitely be back.

The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The service was quick, and it was a great value for the price. I ordered the veggie fajitas with added chicken, and it was a hearty meal made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was very enjoyable.

Great food. The menu offers a variety of options and none of them is a disappointment. The margaritas are great! Great service. (That Martin is the best) We always had a good experience here. A popular place for a satisfying culinary experience.

Excellent service and great food! We hope Don Sol is able to operate at full capacity soon, these Covid limits are killing the economy. Levi was our server, he was courteous and helpful.

Excellent food and great service! Very recommended. Unfortunately, the city of Carbondale tries to turn it off after the manager. My wife and I were very safe.
