Dosa Hut Clayton - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I visited Dosa Hut in Clayton last week for lunch. The service was quick and the waitress who served us was excellent. We ordered  a Chicken Biriyani and a plain Dosa with a mango lassi. 'All the food was served hot and was quite tasty. Our mistake was asking for the food to be mild as it was too mild for our palates.But full marks for good service and value for money lunch food.My only criticism is that like many India Restaurants and Cafes, the men 's toilet was a mess with boxes stored  in the passage. Still, the good service and food made up for that.We 'll be back.

A nice restuarant with well spaced out tables.<br/ <br/ Puri The dahi puri is a thin shelled golgappa which holds the sweetly beaten yoghurt and well garnished with a variety of things.<br/ <br/ Plain dosa is avaliable on a cone or pipe shape. Move crispy edges abd semi soft inside. The sauces are spicy with a yoghurt base saice to neutralize the spiciness<br/ <br/ Chicken with 65 spices dosa quite spicy and topped on the flat dosa. The sauces can be tasted in the chicken.

I am basically a foodie,always trying new restaurants as I want to explore basically south Indian dishes and visited dosa hut , clayton for the first time yesterday. Have tasted their dosas and biryani and both of them just melted in my mouth. So far this is the best I had in Melbourne . Definitely more visits will follow to this place. Kudos to management and staff. Simply superb.

Great food... Quick food... Excellent service... Esp one of the guys came and asked if we need any additional sambar, chutney or curry was awesome... Felt like the hospitality I got in India .... We had panner manchurian, veg manchurian gravy, pav bhaji, chat papdi, schewzan veg noodles and paneer masala dosa. Food was delicious. Service also quick. Would recommend to try their food.

Favourite restaurant, staff is lovely and foodIs delicious. Recommend podi dosa, and rabri falooda for dessert. They have really lifted their game.
