Doug's Breakfast Lunch In Colorado Spr

Me and the wife are kicking ourselves for not trying this place sooner. It'll be a regular spot for us now. I came for the Blackbetty Burger. It has peanut butter, blackberry jam, and green chilis. I know it sounds odd, but it's killer. I'll add bacon next time. The good quality of the meat is very noticeable. My wife ordered Sharon's omelette, which has every vegetable they have lol. She loved it! The butter browns are the best freaking hash browns we've ever had. I finished the omelette for her so she could dig into her massive blueberry pancake. She said the second best pancake ever, behind a pineapple upside down pancake at a tiny airport restaurant in Texas. I was too busy enjoying her...

We rarely go out on a Sunday for brunch, just because it's such a busy time, but we decided to go for it! We are so glad we went to Doug's! It was a fun environment, the service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was wonderful! The best part was the food, haha It was delicious! We got great portions for a great price, we even had to take some food home! Can't wait to go back! Thank you for a great family feel and great food! See you all soon!

Huge, hearty breakfast! I had the Sharon Omelet and added bacon. I asked for both red and green chili sauce. Excellent chili, not too hot, just right. I'm not a jam girl, but when the waitress told me it was homemade, I had to try it. I got the 3 berry jam, and it was again excellent! Our waitress informed me that every day, the jam is different, I love it!!

Haven’t been to Doug’s in a long time so thought we’d go today. I understand prices going up and that’s ok but the quality was way down. Pancakes were gummy and tasteless. Like flour and water! My husband always loved the biscuits and gravy but today they were watery and no seasoning. I don’t think we will be going back.

The breakfast burritos are so delicious every time. I love getting a bacon breakfast burrito with red chile smothered on top. I haven’t had ANY breakfast burritos in town that are as great as these. I love New Mexico’s food and this is the only place in the springs that reminds me of it. If you know, you know.

Updated Review: Doug's is the best breakfast in Colorado Springs. The host and his wife are some of the nicest people you'll meet. The whole crew is on point. I love watching the kitchen staff kick it out. Best hash browns I've ever eaten and totally unique. Awesome experience! Fantastic food

Happened upon this place and could not have been happier and can't wait to start recommending to our Springs friends. We live in NM so I tried the green chile on my fries and was not disappointed! Can't wait to visit COS and enjoy the great.food at Dougs!

Sorry, not impressed. The gravy tasted like rosemary plant was cooked into it. We went in with a guys service dog, and they said they did not recognize them, and the dog had to go. All of this led to a poor atmosphere, to us anyway. Wont go back.

Love the small town feel. Service is friendly, food is good, prices just went up but the portions are really big. Recommend the breakfast burrito if you're hungry!
