Once the table is ready, they send you a text message and call you to notify you.Their menu selection is great, on one side of the menu, they have the shabu shabu selection (select the meat, type of broth and type of noodle). This is my 2nd visit, possibly my last. I brought 3 other people with me and got the same server. She's definitely more concerned with what she can charge you for than her service. If you're a small eater and share with another, you will be charged for anything extra, totally fine. If you have your own pot, you're not supposed to be charged for more broth, but she didn't uphold that. Overall the service was lacking, we looked for help several times its mid day on Saturday, the place wasn't half full. If I'm cooking, I expect better service. Overall, the service was disappointing. We tried to get assistance several times, but it was a Saturday afternoon, and the restaurant was far from full. When I'm the one cooking, I expect better service. Since you're paying for the experience, this one just didn't make me want to come back. The food was the highlight, with generous portions of protein, but it’s quite pricey at $30 per person. I might explore other hot pot places or try making my own at home.
I visited this restaurant some time ago when they had an open buffet, and that's what I really enjoyed about it. However, my experience this time was not as great. The red soup base was overly salty, and I found it a bit expensive for what you receive. On a positive note, I did enjoy the porridge at the end, and the waiter who assisted us was fantastic. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I say it's s my second time in Asia food. And it is not extraordinary but it is way above my ordinary. If you like Korean soup, i gonna bet. You will like this place.
No more free refills on veggies. Service was spares at best. Food was still good though. For the price, probably not going back. I used to live this place.
I visited at 1 PM and Joshua was our server. He was incredibly friendly! The food was fantastic as well. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
Galbi with spicy Thai broth is amazing! Great and fast service! Food was great! I will definitely return with some more friends!
