If I could give this place a 0 I would. My daughter and I were there Sunday May 22 and she got a blizzard. Half way through my daughters blizzard there was something red in it that I could not quite identify but it immediately turned our stomachs. I went to take it back and the kids were super nice about it and they asked the sorry excuse for a manager if I could have a refund. This 3 year old manager throws a tantrum and was throwing things, she threw the blizzard and I heard it thud. She was yelling going on and on about how I was looking for free stuff. This went on for about 5 minutes with her raging. Got my refund and moved on and hoped my daughter would not get sick. So in the meantime...
It felt like the whole situation was mishandled. My partner smiled when we received the cups, thinking that was the end of it, but then he said he thought the server was just trying to avoid giving us a soda. I was hoping to get a soda using the water cups because I assumed we could do that.
Suddenly, a manager shouted at me from across the room instead of coming over to resolve the issue calmly. The young server wouldn’t admit to any mistake, and when I tried to pay for my drink, the experience became so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. They could have addressed everything in a much better way.
I even asked them to check the security footage to clarify what happened, but since...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was dismissive and refused to take my order initially, and when he did, he was quite rude. It took 20 minutes to receive my small, blurry fries. My Blizzard arrived in just five minutes but was already melted, and the fries took another 15 minutes, despite being visible on the warmer. By the time I got them, they were cold. I also noticed that the same staff member was rude to an older couple who mistakenly read a menu item wrong. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so there was no excuse for the slow service or the lack of courtesy.
Just had to wait. Apparently, a lot of people order Door Dash from here so that may be a part of it. Sidenote: It's a little weird to have ice cream delivered, but if that's a part of your delivery order, beware the wait times and order at your own risk. They may seem a little short staffed occasionally, so the order may take some time but the food is as expected.

The manager is a nut. She yelled at me for bringing back a blizzard with something I could not identify in it. A regular tantrum! Throwing things and yelling super loud talking bad about me and I heard her yell at someone in the back. One of the worst people I have ever came across. Too bad they are that desperate for workers. I would have fired her immediately.
Went through the drive-through order my food everything was wrong my fries was burnt my burger was made wrong my kids didn’t even get tehy chocolate milk with a kids meal I just felt like everything was rushed and put together sloppy I am very unsatisfied wasted $21 down the drain smfh….
Our meal was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to address the issue we encountered. It was truly delicious!
The absolute best chocolate malts!! My first real job was at dairy queen in 1982 and I loved every minute of it.

The burgers tasted like they were old or spoiled I had to throw my sandwich out
eating was ok and fast, but the tables and bathrooms were dirty.
