Drago's Seafood Metairie (fat City)

This place has lost its luster! They made my order wrong three times in a row during the same setting, the gumbo was blah and the shrimp were grilled them placed into the seafood gumbo! I sat at the bar, and it was freezing in the interior of the restaurant. I left and went to ACME.

The restaurant was super busy on July 4th. So we had to wait 1hr 15min to be seated. Our waitress was rude, not only to customers but also to her coworkers. And the food wasn't bad, but definitely not worth the wait.

Whenever I visit New Orleans, my first or last stop is always Drago’s! Their charbroiled oysters are unbeatable! My record is seven dozen, but I usually enjoy about four dozen each time!

Amazing all around! We got the smoked oyster appetizer, fried alligator appetizer, shrimp tacos and grilled alligator tacos. Best. Food. Ever!
