I 've always had not great but phenomenal service at this location. The staff is very polite, friendly and utmost professional. I frequent this restaurant quite often with my wife and four sons. Tonight I was treated very differently, once at the order window I was greeted with is that all after my first selection, I replied no and proceeded to order followed by is that all after each meal selection in a pushy manner. My order was quickly read back with the total and asked to pull around to the second window. Once I got to the second window it was like a ghost town. The Operations Manager Sam is the GOAT!!! I called in a frenzy because I needed a receipt replacement to complete my expense report. Sam was super friendly, polite, calm and immediately reassured me that she would be able to find it! In less than 10 minutes the receipt was in my inbox! Exceptional service! Thank you!! Oh and this was for an order that we called in an hour in advance for 40 boxes and they graciously accepted the order and had the food hot and ready for us when we got there! The whole crew is amazing!

Never coming back again!! The chicken was yellowish green in the inside. I?m not supposed to consume anything spoiled especially because I?m pregnant so I?m very upset I took a bite before realizing it was SPOILED. It?s a shame that I have to pick around my chicken while eating it every time I come here. Not only that but the chicken is definitely on steroids. Hugest chicken I?ve ever seen. I will not be returning to any canes location because this scarred me.

Haven?t had Canes in awhile and it definitely hits the spot per usual. I?m glad to see that they?re able to keep up with demand especially at rush hour. Food is fresh 9/10 at this location and customer service is good.

Great chicken. Friendly customer service perfected. OK fries. Great Texas toast. I have this everything I'm in Louisiana. Highly recommend.
