While I was waiting, the bartender had to leave to deliver an order to a nearby hotel, and I was left waiting. Thirty minutes passed, and my order still wasn’t ready. I had to ask two different staff members how much longer it would take. Eventually, they came out to inform me that they were out of banana pudding and asked if I wanted something else. I told them to just give me my food.
After another 15 minutes, the bartender returned and apologized for the inconvenience, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I had been waiting for an hour to receive my meal. I finally got my order at 8:18 PM, which made me late returning from my lunch break and still hungry, as I had to get back to wo...
The baked chicken,potato salad,fried green tomatoes, and banana pudding were all wonderful... Everyone working here were very nice people and were about doing their job. From everything I saw everything was nice and clean! Thanks Dreamland BBQ, y'all are wonderful and I'll be back soon!Parking: Free parking west side of business with 12+ spaces, plus Free street parking except for a large space for pickup orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Very good seating for Wheelchairs, plus there's a ramp inside to get to the large restrooms.
Really enjoyed this place. The ribs were better than I'd hoped. It was very busy despite being out of the way and in a questionable area. We were approached by people begging on the way from our parking, a block over.Still, the ribs and banana pudding are the real deal. You'll also be amazed at the flair on the walls. Go, if you haven't been!
I remember my dad always bringing home Dreamland BBQ when I was growing up. Now I enjoy it with my family! The taste hasn’t changed and it’s always flavorful. I’m a big fan of the sauce and of course the banana pudding. Thanks Dreamland for the yummy memories!
