As far as taste goes, the donuts are delicious. Last year, however, the service declined significantly. Often the staff is rude, unfriendly and does not seem to worry about doing their job. As recently as this morning I tried to place an order online, but the site was not working. I called an order and the employee told me they didn't call. I told him the site didn't work and he said I had to keep trying. So I went to the store and they were completely empty. When I placed my order, I was #2. So the worker just didn't want to take my order on the phone. In a world where customer service means everything, I expect better. Today will be my last purchase. Dunkin?

I?m blown away on my first visit to Duck Donuts! It?s astronomically different to any other donut place I?ve been to. There are no shelves of available donuts. Every single order is made after being placed. A machine churns out the plain vanilla base donut. Each of these then go through a dunk base coat, sprinkled toppings, and a finishing drizzle depending on what you ordered, and completely customizable. We went with a traditional dozen for later. We also had a bacon egg and cheese, and a couple of donut sundaes, for eating at the store. Every one of them was exquisite!

Donuts were great! The Campfire selection should be around Always Forever! My boys loved it! The staff was very patient as we looked indecisive and practically drowned in the menu?

Donuts are always delicious. The staff is friendly. Waiting time is not too long and we will be worth waiting. If you cook fresh, premium donuts to order. This is the place.
