We visited Duck and Goose on a saturday for lunch and the cafe was mostly packed. We were kindly seated in no time and brought out our cutlery with the most stunning piece of serviette, black and rose gold print.
To start off we both had cappuccino and it was a good cup of coffee! Following staff's suggestions I went with the fish of the day which happened to be the sea beam and my friend had the beef brisket which came with a side of chips. Took a trip down to the Duck & Goose café, Randwick, Previously known as the Duck Duck Goose Café. As I walked in the new owners, have shaken up the place and given it a wonderfully rustic and modern look. The café is busy with constant foot traffic. The atmosphere is chill, so if you need time out of the office, completing Uni work or catching up with friends or family for brunch/lunch, this is the spot to be. Also, there is free wifi that is fast (always a plus). Not only did I love the new look but the service was phenomenal. Un viaje en brunch a Randwick's Duck y Gooseecafé es algo que quiere recoger un día de invierno confesionario y sombrío. Muchas acciones y entusiasmo de los lugareños en este lugar popular en Avoca Street! Disfruté de la locura mediterránea (que es un delicioso esfuerzo para mezclar el aguacate maltratado), el pato y el gran desayuno de ganso (con todas las golosinas y resaltadas con las peras asadas) y las mamás avena, Chia y las gachas de avellanas (especialmente nutritivas y buenas calientes. ¡Tu corazón se debe a un día frío)! Duck & Goose cafe has a really cool vibe; with modern art work and good music. Staff were very welcoming and service was great.
Food was delicious and coffee was really good. I also ordered the big chocolate milk shake which was fantastic and is really good to share.
