Bagels are best around.While the employees are not very talkative or friendly, the food is good. They're system seems to be that if you take the order, you make the order. So sometimes there are 3 people making food at the same time and no one taking orders. So if you come in, you could end up waiting 3 to 5 minutes to place your order until one of the people behind the counter finishes the order they took prior to you coming in. That may not seem like a long time but when you're trying to get to work, it is. It's not that big of a kitchen so they really are on top of each other. They really should try having 1 person on the grill, 1 that assembles the sandwiches and 1 that takes the orders...

The service here is terrible. You walk in and you wait a good 10-15 min before someone can attend you. I also thought cutting a bagel in half was something standard… nope not here, you have to request for it to be cut in half and maybe they’ll remember. Some of the people working there are extremely rude. Bagels are decent but not good enough to deal with bad service.

Thought this place would be good because of the reviews. Our bagels and everything else on it was super SALTY. We couldn’t even finish eating them. I also asked for cheddar cheese and got american processed cheese slices. I never had a Everything bagel loaded with salt ontop.

Found a fly in the coffee jug once during the summer. They could do a little better with the service too.I order a sandwich and they never cut it in half. It's weird lol

Had pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich and it was salty. Asked not to put salt on it so not sure if the server didn’t listen or the pork roll is overly salty.

The older guys working in the back possible owners are always so nice, the sandwiches are great, always get my order perfect. love.
