We experienced some difficulties placing a large pick-up order through the app, so we decided to call the restaurant about 30 minutes ahead of time. We were ordering four dozen donuts and three boxes of coffee. When we arrived, the drive-thru line had at least ten cars waiting, and the staff was clearly busy. Nevertheless, they took our order and worked diligently to prepare it, taking only about 10 minutes. The cashier was understandably overwhelmed, but she remained friendly, accommodating, and truly professional. She deserves more recognition for her hard work; I just wish I could remember her name. This is the best Dunkin' I've ever visited!
This Dunkin' Donuts consistently delivers quick service for orders. I usually place my pickup order just 5 minutes before arriving, and without fail, my order is ready, hot, and waiting for me. The parking lot is spacious and rarely crowded, even during peak hours. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly, making the experience pleasant. The interior is very clean, and while I haven't checked the bathroom, I can imagine it reflects the overall cleanliness of the establishment. This is my preferred Dunkin' Donuts spot in Central Florida.
I consistently take an extra 10-minute drive to visit this location, even though I live much closer to the Edgewater store, which has been experiencing some issues. The staff at this Dunkin' are fantastic! My coffee is always made just right, and it truly brightens my day. I've never had a negative experience here. I genuinely hope corporate acknowledges their hard work in some positive way.
The drive-thru at this location is by far the slowest I’ve ever experienced. It seems like no one working there is in a hurry. I typically find myself waiting at least 40 minutes in line. This isn’t the case at other Dunkin' Donuts locations, so I’m not sure what the issue is here in Edgewater. Despite the long wait times, the food is consistently good. Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant is quite hit or miss. On some days, it has a lively atmosphere, is clean, and the staff is friendly and thankful. However, on other days, it feels chaotic, dirty, and the rushed employees barely make eye contact, leaving you feeling completely ignored. It's hard to know what to expect!
