Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I’m not sure what has happened to this place; there was a great staff here about a year or two ago. Now, they seem to be closed half the time. My coffee was probably 10 percent actual coffee, if that. I watched a guy pour coffee from one cup into mine, which was mostly filled with ice and cream. I don’t know what’s going on. The woman took about five minutes just to count money before she even took my order. There used to be an older gentleman who worked here with a lady and a young guy, and they were so much better. This place has really gone downhill. I recommend avoiding it.

I don't even want to give them one star. I work at the King of Prussia Mall and visit this Dunkin' Donuts almost every day. Here's what I've experienced: the prices are higher than at other locations, and they seem to overcharge for everything. The staff is consistently unpleasant, disrespectful, and rude to customers. I've also noticed that they skimp on the coffee by filling the cup with too much ice, so it hardly tastes like coffee at all. It's frustrating to see customers being treated this way. How can the King of Prussia Mall allow such poor service and pricing?

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacking in experience. It feels like the same three inconsiderate employees are there every morning, and they don’t seem to listen to customers. I specifically asked one of the women to add oat milk to my drink twice, but when it was time to prepare it, they completely overlooked my request. I really dislike coming here, but unfortunately, it's the closest option to the mall for those using SEPTA.

This location has a limited menu compared to a typical Dunkin' Donuts due to its size. For example, I haven't been able to get a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean Coolatta. Mornings can be quite hectic, especially with mall employees coming in, so be ready for some waiting time. I recommend double-checking your order before you leave, as I've received the wrong orders a few times. However, the staff is always very friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Under staffed, the one worker there waited on three customers before me, handling money, touching the register keys, pushing back her hair, and not once changing the gloves she wore! When I asked her to change her gloves handling my food, she seemed annoyed! And this is why communal infections spread.

The guy charged for me for a medium, handed me a small, I got back in line and waited a few customers to bring it to his attention. He didn't have my receipt on his register tape, refused to listen to me, I walked away. He was rude. He was a crook. I'll never be back.

This restaurant is consistently disappointing. Today, I witnessed a man retrieving something from the trash and then continuing to prepare other orders without changing his gloves. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never return.

got an iced coffee with coconut milk and flavor swirls, but i watched him omit the milk and put in the wrong flavor when making it. when i got his attention, he dismissed the issue and told me he had other customers. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ehh, it used to be much better with mobile ordering, but no longer and not able to offer some choices like cold brew
