Dunkin just need to try a little harder. The coffee and espresso drinks are never consistent. Sometimes its burnt coffee and other times the americano is drowned out in water. If you get syrups in your drink they will never stir it so it mixes well in to the coffee so at the end you get a mouthful of caramel. More and more I have been going to starbucks nowadays and other local coffee shops. Dunkin just isn't up to par these days.
Of all the Dunkin' locations in Nutley, this one is definitely the least impressive. The staff here can be quite rude and seem unmotivated, frequently getting coffee orders wrong—not just occasionally, but often, and sometimes it feels deliberate. To save time and money, I recommend going to the Dunkin' on Washington Avenue instead.
The cream cheese is consistently lacking. I request my bagel to be toasted because they are usually undercooked. While the outside tends to be overcooked—almost burnt—the inside is still doughy. Even when I ask for extra cream cheese, it doesn’t help, as it still ends up being barely there.

They seem to have forgotten how to make iced tea. It’s so weak that it just tastes like colored water with no flavor at all. They really need to train the new staff in how to prepare it properly.
Always start my morning with a Signature Latte! Love my Dunkin. My favorite is Dunkin at Franlin Ave in Belleville. Second favorite is Dunkin at Kingsland In Nutley.
Decent Dunkin' Donut location. Clean with good service. Fair prices . Coffee always good.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
