I was not very impressed with my experience at a restaurant in Canandaigua. The staff was difficult to communicate with and often got orders wrong or forgot to bring them out. The donuts were stale and the coffee was not good either. The coffee sometimes tasted burnt, and overall, the service was slow and inconsistent. However, in a pinch, it could be an okay option.
The service and coffee are usually great. This morning they locked the lobby due to short staffing, which is fine. However, I mobile ordered coffee for in store pickup because I can’t wait 20 minutes in the drive thru everyday. Had to leave without my coffee or a refund. Pretty bummed. Should still let people in the lobby for mobile pick ups bare minimum.
Customer service here is inconsistent, and I've had to go inside multiple times to fix my drive-thru orders. I've updated my rating to 1 star. Since my first review, I've visited twice more, and both times my order was wrong. I'm getting really frustrated with this.
I had the best iced coffee and glazed donut I've ever had at a Dunkin’. The place is newly renovated and looks great. The service was quick too, much better than most Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. However, there were wasps inside, which was a bit unsettling. Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant is serving as expected. The back area of the menu needs to be cleaned thoroughly, and the gutter near the drive-thru should also be maintained.
Very slow service and my order is wrong half the the time it’s getting old quick probably going to jump ship over to Tim Hortons unless they step it up!!
The location has recently been refreshed with new branding and renovated interior. Really quite nice inside. Drink and food quality is great.
The line at this Dunkin' is always really long! The drive-thru isn’t very fast, but they consistently make the coffee just the way I like it. Reserva una mesa ahora
