Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I can understand why the staff struggles with the automatic machine. I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order for five people and it was a frustrating experience. The second time I used the machine, it froze during the payment process, and the cashiers seemed unsure about how to transfer the order to the main register.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! I ordered a drink that didn't meet my expectations, but they quickly replaced it with something else. The restaurant is also very clean and well-organized; they've done a fantastic job!

The employees were shouting as if they were at home. It was quite distracting and made for an unpleasant dining experience.

You can expect everything typical of a Dunkin' Donuts, although they now refer to themselves simply as Dunkin'.
