This place received terrible reviews and I see why. The workers are rude, lazy and combative. Dunkin Donuts is aware (previous bad reviews) and clearly do nothing to improve the situation and continue to allow their customers to be treated badly. We went to this White Plans location for coffee. Not busy at all, we ordered 2 coffees and we were given coffee that was cold. Since it wasn't busy, that was odd so we told them, no apology but a grunt and gave us fresh coffee. Then I wait to go to bathroom. We visited the White Plains location for coffee when it wasn't busy at all. We ordered two coffees, only to receive them cold. Since the store was empty, this was quite surprising. When we informed the staff, there was no apology—just a grunt as they handed us fresh coffee.
Later, I needed to use the restroom, but the door was locked. After standing there for five minutes, I knocked, but my attempts went unheard due to the loud music playing in the store. I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts Monday through Friday and I always order the same thing. It's puzzling how someone can repeatedly mess up the same part of my order. I've let it slide so far because it didn't seem like a big deal, but what really stands out is their attitude. This morning, I wish I had caught her name—she tossed my bag onto the counter, and when I went to grab it, she shot me a dirty look. Quick and easy. There are like 7 car parks that are usually used by customers, but they will also be clear as no one stays there to eat. Since there is a place for corner pickup morning 6:45 to 7:20 hrs could be very busy with online orders and it can be because high schools are less than 5 minutes away, but the staff works fast and around line.

THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT!!!!!! i order a chocolate glazed and vanilla donut. They gave me two plain donuts if you don't have THE FOOD I ORDER, the professional way is called the customer and say we don't have any and not me wasting time my damn money. Luckily i got refund.
Fast and friendly service. Not the cleanest dunkin I was on, but somewhat understandable in view of the tiny memory size. ZERO Enforce social distancing in the store. Food was served quickly, but Unterdon and espresso were heavily burned.
Service at this location has been inadequate the only one that works is the supervisor no one has a smile on their face other than her.
Parking is tight, staff are friendly and made me an excellent iced coffee.Parking: Careful as there is one way in and out literally.
