I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Two of the young staff members were exceptionally rude. As a business owner myself, I would certainly want to be informed if my employees were behaving this way. When I asked one of the young men for his name, there was an awkward pause as if he struggled to remember it, and he eventually said his name was Daniel, laughing afterward. I inquired if a manager was available to speak with, only to be told that Daniel was the manager. I was taken aback and asked him, "You're the manager?" He responded, "Bro, do I look like a manager?" I pointed out that he appeared indifferent about his job, to which he casually replied that he didn’t care...
Terrible experience. Two kids working there were total jerks. I own a business. I 'd want to know if the people I hired acted like jerks. I asked one of the kids what his name was. After pausing for several seconds, as if to think of a name to give me, he said Daniel . Then he laughed. I asked if there was a manager available to speak to? I was told Daniel was the manager. I asked in disbelief you 're the manager? He said to me bro, do I look like a manager? I told him he must not care much about his job. He said he didn 't because he was quitting soon anyway. I really love donuts, and Dunkin' offers an excellent variety of both donuts and munchkins. The prices are very reasonable, making it an affordable option. Their coffee, including macchiatos and lattes, is excellent. The store also has seating, so you can enjoy your donuts comfortably. Additionally, there's a fridge stocked with regular drinks like Gatorade and water for extra convenience.
Overall, their morning service is quite efficient. Sometimes it may take a little longer, especially when only two staff members are on duty, but that’s understandable. My only concern is that they tend to toast their bagels lightly, which leaves me missing that satisfying crunch of a perfectly toasted bagel.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I asked for oat milk, an employee named Rosa rolled her eyes at me and informed me that they couldn’t provide it. I also requested no sugar, but my order still came with sugar added. I won't be returning.
I experienced refusal of service when I tried to pay for my breakfast with a $50 bill. It was the first time in my life that I've been denied service for using American currency in the United States.
The food was satisfactory, but the staff were somewhat unfriendly. I asked for ketchup but never got any. I've certainly had better experiences at other Dunkin' Donuts locations!
I can't believe you ran out of munchkins at 11 a.m. while five staff members were just standing around doing nothing. Disappointing experience!
