I ordered a donut and stuffed bagel bites over kiosk while my man pumped out gas. After the payment I was told that they were from the donut that my man wanted. the manager in this business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I didn't know she was the manager until I was complaining to the manager. this is the second time that this lady was rude, not only for me, but also for other people who were before me. Wow. This is the worst DD I've been to on the East Coast of FL. The girl behind the counter DNGAF. There's a screen there for you to place the order on your own. They were out of my entire order (coffee and donut) and she told me to come back tomorrow to get a refund. I highly doubt the manager is going to believe someone who walks in and needs a $20 refund order from the day before. She was unhelpful with solutions. HOWEVER, she did make me substitute items. BUT the donut I got was a leftover from the day before if not earlier. It was hard and dry. I ate two bites and tossed it. Please try another DD stop if you must stop for DD.
Went inside and placed an order for 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps had to wait for over 13 minutes because the manager felt it was more important to take her break than to prepare the food. Drive thru was backed up around the building and there was about 8 of us waiting for food inside. The manager on duty was also talking trash about the customers and the employee working the register at the counter kept stating don't start with your disrespectful self today, Lord please not today. Tried to order and pay with cash (gasp! inside the store.... apparently, they don 't do that. Cash is only for the drive thru. The young lady (using that word losely behind the counter was unwilling to ring me up on the drive-thru register, even though the drive-thru was empty. And when I questioned that, she said, If you don 't like it, then go . Rude and unprofessional. What if I came here on a bike? Or walked? They can 't serve you if you 're paying with cash?
Donuts were great, service?..... well if u go in u need to use the self service checkout. and if you dont want the credit surcharge dont waste ur time trying to get help, you gotta go through drive through. It seems their employees are too busy talking and whining about stuff rather than wanting to be helpful.
3 donuts ordered and they took 20 minutes to get them from the rule and hand them over to me, and they were not fresh. Avoid this place. If they even want the dinge to drive faster they thru than to go. they served 6 running gear thru customers before I had to remind them that I just need donuts.
