I ordered several items but didn?t notice that I didn?t get a drink I ordered but I was already on the Highway. I came the next day and when I told the lady she blamed me for not telling them I didn?t get the drink?.?? How much does it truly cost toreplace a drink to satisfy a customer? 95% of customers are telling you their honest truth, but after looking at the reviews itis clear the staff/ownership treat the majority of their customers poorly. Looks like I am not the only one that has had issues with their customer service. Ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher?easy enough?she hands me what looks like straight up green tea with MAYBE a splash of refresher?I say something andshe just brushes me off?I go inside?they make a big deal out of it and finally do it right but then one of the workers basicallytold me they make it wrong (mostly all green tea with a splash of dragonfruit because it?s so expensive) umm?you just admittedto me you make it wrong on purpose?! Went there at 430 this morning, horrible drive thru service. Ordered 2 chocolate cake donuts, milk, large hazelnut iced coffee and a medium vanilla coffee. Recited the order before moving to the window and ended up receiving one chocolate cake donut, nomilk, the medium vanilla and the large coffee had no flavoring in it. Not planning on returning to this locstion

Indian owner/manager very rude. He should reserve his ?too much sugar not healthy for your coffee? comment to himself or his ?do it thru app only? comments when it clearly states on application in store and app options? both ways are acceptable. Costumerservice starts with education. This location lacks that.

Coffee taste watery. Third time in a row so I?m done going to this place. I put 6 sugars can?t even taste it. They seem not to care in a rush like they McDonald?s
