I arrived half an hour before closing time. Among the four people there, three were occupied on their phones and seemed friendly. The fourth person, however, unexpectedly asked me if I was paying with cash or card. I replied that I would be using a card. She grunted and then asked what I wanted. After I told her, she miscalculated the cost by about 20% in her favor and said, “So you only need $X.” I reminded her that I was paying with a card and did not have any cash. She grunted again and asked if I could pay cash. I said I would just go somewhere else. Eventually, she conceded and asked what I wanted. One of the nice kids on their phone then had to show her how to process the card payment....
I have consistently had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. They never seem to have mobile orders ready, and the place always appears understaffed and dirty. My drinks are rarely made correctly, and they often run low on stock. It’s also overcrowded with groups of high schoolers, which makes the atmosphere chaotic. Whenever I go to pick up an order, the staff member takes an incredibly long time packing it, acting as though we have all the time in the world. I once waited 10 minutes just for her to close a bag and grab a straw. It's simply ridiculous! I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
