The one near me, for example, had my lasting loyalty for a time, the best oatmilk lattes and freshest donuts. I’ve been visiting this Dunkin' almost every day for the past year. Usually, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy chatting with the employees. However, during my last visit, I had to wait five minutes just to have my order taken by a young man who didn’t seem interested in helping me. I was considering getting a shake and was looking at the ice creams, but he was too busy on his phone to assist me. I thought he would help me any minute, but I was mistaken; it took him five minutes to even acknowledge my presence as a customer. The next day, I spoke to the manager about how rude and disrespectful his behavior was, suggesting she should train him on how to greet and assist customer...
I’ve been coming to this Dunking since the Bellwood location is temporarily closed due to a grand opening.And my last two times have been bad. I usually order through the Dunkin App to avoid waiting. I order 10 mins before I get to the location and the last two times I’ve had to wait more than 8 minutes to get my drink while other customers walking in to order at the the cash register and get their drinks first.
I usually visit Dunkin' for their coffee, and I wanted to try the Matcha latte. I had ordered it once before and enjoyed it, but unfortunately, this time it was disappointing. The latte was mostly milk, with all the matcha powder settling at the bottom. Aside from that, the service was good.

There's nothing quite like it. Who doesn't enjoy a fresh, hot cup of coffee loaded with cream and sugar in one hand, and a warm, soft, freshly baked donut in the other? You can get exactly that here. There’s always a line because it’s just that good!
The morning service here is exceptional! Gloria and Sonia work incredibly hard and foster a fantastic environment. They are genuinely the heart of this place. Their coffee is always the best!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman at the register on December 24, 2023. She was quite rude to me, and I don't plan on returning. This situation needs to be addressed.
