Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I thought it was just me, but apparently everyone who comes to this dunkin has the same terrible experience. I expressed the dame in the window that they had previously received my order wrong. a “manager” then approached the window to argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given something, even though they were the ones that got the order wrong. I go to Dunkin’ all over town and this is really the worst experience I had. they are not in customer service to have an evil attitude and ruin the days of men. they also get it together and get the order right. The articles were forgotten twice in a week. what is the point in a drive through when I have to go through it aga...

the two women who are now working at 21:30 have the nerve to argue with the customers. we ordered a iced caramel macchiato and got a hot one. they put on it and it didn't taste like that my man went back and the lady who took the drink with an employment and went to remake it and as came back and had the nerve to say they heard hot and that's what was said in the order. when we've never ordered hot and all our drinks were eaten.

this is the next dunkin, which later opens up close to me, and it is a good 15 minutes drive so you know I need caffeine! tonight I have not only a good cup joe, but also an exceptional customer service! jimmy was very friendly and went over and beyond to make my experience exceptional! Go on!
