On September 30, 2022, I ordered two items on demand. I was only able to pick up my order one hour late since I had a busy day. When I finally got there by 4:30pm, my order was nowhere in sight. I proceeded to tell an employee my order had not been fulfilled, but the employee disregarded my concerns and claimed that the store had been busy despite the fact that the store had no customers inside the store nor the drive-through. I overheard the employee’s co-workers talking amongst themselves; I then asked the employee again why they hadn’t fulfilled my order after an hour had passed even when their co-workers were only talking with each other. Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn't know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!
The coffee I get here is usually pretty good, not hard to be bad. However, the bagels here are always stale and hard and it kind of sucks when I'm in a rush on lunch break at work and get stuck with a cruddy bagel. I really enjoy visiting this place for my morning coffee and breakfast! The staff is consistently friendly and gets my coffee just the way I like it!
