If there's any confusion, they should confirm the order with the customer. My order was incorrect not once, but twice within a span of just six minutes. I ordered your signature pumpkin spice iced latte, prominently displayed on your screens, along with a medium iced hazelnut coffee—no milk, one cream, two Sweet 'n Lows, and an espresso shot. After about five minutes, the waiter came back to ask if I needed anything else. I told him again that I was still waiting for my food and pointed to the screen full of orders. He sighed and finally started making my meal. When he brought it out, it was someone else’s order, despite my repeated reminders. By then, I had been waiting nearly 20 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take, he scolded me, saying that if I hadn’t ordered "complicated" items, the wait wouldn’t have been so long. I had a terrible experience with customer service this morning, Wednesday, October 11. My order arrived 15 minutes late, and when the woman at the store and I spoke in English, she informed me that my order wasn’t ready. I assured her it was no problem and that she could take her time. However, she didn’t realize I was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish with her colleagues and another customer. To my surprise, she began insulting me, saying things like, "This driver is always late," and other derogatory comments. I then responded to her in Spanish, asking why she was insulting me. It's crazy that this is my second time visiting this Dunkin' location, and both times they closed nearly an hour before their posted closing time. The employees are still inside the whole time, probably just waiting out the clock when management isn’t around to close up early. I won’t be coming back to this spot again. WAWA is just down the street and has better coffee anyway. It seems the owners don’t care, as I’m not the only one who’s pointed out the early closing issue, and it’s still happening. At the very least, update your posted hours so customers don’t waste gas driving over only to find you closed.

I had the worst cappuccino I've ever experienced! There was no froth at all, and it was even more watery than a latte. I asked the barista if this is how their cappuccino usually looks, and they confirmed it, without offering to make it better.
The Ashwood Dunkin is run by far the best people ever!! They are kind and always have a smile when u walk inside! Super clear actually spotless.They are pet friendly and just amazing overall!!!Thank u Brenda!!!

1 old lady was so rude to us when we just ordered 2 coffees, and we asked the coffee with less ice
The pumpkin spice coffee at Dunkin' was better than others I've tried. Not sure why.
