I've always enjoyed the coffee and my orders have been prepared quickly whenever I visit this location. However, as someone who works in customer service, I must say I'm disappointed with the level of service here. I come in a few times a week, yet I've never once been asked how I am. The interactions are typically limited to “What can I get you?” and “What else?” There’s rarely a friendly smile or a simple "Have a nice day." It often feels like they don't want to engage with customers. Just now, when I informed them I didn't need my receipt, instead of wishing me a good day, they simply shut the window in my face. I've been there before and never had any problems, but two weeks ago I went through drive thru and ordered a large fab caramel with a shot. Also 6 doughnuts and the doughnuts were so hard old like worse than day old. The fab was so not balanced it tastedlike more shot than caramel so I returned the doughnuts before even leaving the window. They look really mad. After all thedoughnuts are like $700 for 6 doughnuts. I should have returned the drink too. Want go back. Starbucks across the street. Thedoughnuts have changed not like when I was younger in Florida.
The service was simply awful. There was no greeting, no offer to help, and no expressions of gratitude or invitations to return. Not even a smile! The staff was chatting amongst themselves while I was placing my order. While the food tasted good, its presentation was unappealing. To top it off, they handed me a bunch of dirty napkins—really unpleasant.
I visited the restaurant because I had a coupon from the Dunkin' app, but I ended up paying more than I expected since the coupon wasn’t applied. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I was really disappointed.

Donuts ???? were hard as a rock and the selection was not good either. We've given this location multiple visits and everytime we just haven't been pleased with the quality of the food. ????
Dunkn has THE BEST sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! Paired with an iced coffee drink, and of course an occasional donut, is my favorite fast breakfast!
Overall, it was an unremarkable experience, but the restaurant was clean, my order was correct, and the wait time was acceptable.
The drive-thru line was long and extended onto the road, but we managed to get through quickly.
