I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the poor service provided by the managers. Although they are Hispanic, they seem to have a bias towards white customers and treat them better. This isn’t about playing the victim; I live nearby and have noticed the disparity in how different customers are treated. Unfortunately, there have been multiple incidents where Hispanic patrons have been disrespected. On top of that, the overall service is lacking, as the employees seem to lack passion for their work. I believe there should be someone else in charge instead of the current management, as their approach is not acceptable.
I had an awful experience at this restaurant. It all started when I got into an argument with the manager and one of her staff members, who messed up my coffee order. When I tried to ask who could remake my drink, everyone just stared at me. Finally, the manager responded, but when I attempted to explain how I wanted my coffee, she kept interrupting me. At one point, she told me to take my coffee order elsewhere in front of everyone. I won't be coming back until there's new management; there are no friendly faces at this location whatsoever.
I waited over 10 minutes for a coffee that one old woman was making and looked like no one wanted to help her. There was a young man making food and looked to be quite slow. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready just one simple coffee! Unbelievable. Spoke to the manager and just seemed rude and didn’t want to hear me out. Would never visit this location again! Every time I come to pick up my mobile it’s always that one older woman in the front alone it seems like too much for one person at times….
I have to say I used to be able to go here and get my coffee getting it right but now I go and it’s always my coffees wrong and then the person behind the counter is arguing with you about the coffee when I said it’s not the right coffee it was black with no cream in it and it did not taste right I don’t know who’s running the place there but coffee is not great and the food hasn’t been great as well please get someone new in there to work the service is very terrible

Horrible dunkin donuts, the hash browns are so over cooked you could chip a tooth, the workers there are horrible, they close at 9 if you go there anytime after 6 they already start putting there donuts and muffins away, one time I went there at 730 and they refused to make anything besides coffee.
Since this new screaming manager came in with new staff, my coffees are wrong! There's yelling supervisors in the afternoon, the workers that has been there are awesome,but this new crew GOTTA GO!!!
The girl at the drive-thru was quite rude and talked about me while I was clearly within earshot. She seemed unable to distinguish between a "matcha" and a "latte."
the rudest laziest people in the drive through. and they make their iced coffee the night before to save time that is not how Dunkin’s is supposed to do
