Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I come here at least a few times a week and I love the mother and daughter Duo, the 2nd shift work! You make the best drinks! Most other employees get my coffee wrong, although I tell them exactly how I want it. When I told her it was a mistake because I didn't ask for sugar in my ice cream coffee, she told me there was no sugar. I had to wait to ask someone to drink my drink again. When I see the mother daughter duo, I am elated because I know my order is correct and they are both the sweetest!

This place has very unfriendly workers. Some of them don't even understand English. She made Cappuccino very watery had no taste of coffee as you only taste milk with water. I returned to them, was she not even interested in hearing me, just said in broken English? Do machines, don't I? I don't think it's professional and polite to say that, we pay money and support them business.

This Dunkin' has recently come under new management, and unfortunately, the service has taken a downturn. There is a mother-and-daughter duo working the night shift who are very friendly, but overall, the atmosphere feels quite negative now. When I inquired about the previous staff, the girl simply looked at me and said they are no longer here due to the new management.

I give this place 5 stars because the employees work there as hard and as fast as they can serve their customers. It is not easy to deal with mobile/delivery orders and customers at the same time. Many people do not know how it feels to work for the fast food industry, so they need to understand why it takes a few minutes to be ready for their order. Reserva una mesa ahora

If you are going on a weekday morning expect to wait. Unlike most Dunkins who have their morning routine down and get their customers out quickly this one never seems to be able to get that procedure in place. If you order through the app, you have a better chance. Outside of Rush Hour It is hit or miss depending on who's working.

Very nasty customer service experience. I ordered a croissant sausage with cheese. I asked for something paralyzed and the employee reacted with the proverb? Do you want some jelly? and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee must learn how to address customers with respect.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but my experience on this occasion was the worst I've ever had. I attempted to express my concerns, but was told to wait and met with an unpleasant attitude instead. All three sandwiches were burnt and hastily put together.

I visit this place every day, and it's definitely the best Dunkin' I've been to. The staff is fantastic—always friendly and quick with service. They get everything right every time. Highly recommended! Reserva una mesa ahora

One of my favorite store for Breakfast. I have been visiting this place since many years. The ambiance is good. The staff is okay. I love their Donuts and Coffee. I also love Eggwhite flatbread.

Good place. Owner is really nice. Me and couple of my friends go for quick coffee break on weekends.
