I believe Dunkin’ should ensure their staff treat customers with respect and courtesy. A particular employee’s behavior was inappropriate and did not reflect American customer service standards. I've visited this Dunkin' multiple times, and the drive-thru is always a nightmare to access. They consistently try to upsell me—when I ask for 5 munchkins, they push for 10, and if I request a glass of water, they suggest buying two bottles instead. Today, I was charged $1 for a glass of water and $2.50 for 5 munchkins. At other Dunkin' locations, 5 munchkins are usually around $1, and I've never paid more than 10 cents for a cup of water anywhere else. Are you seriously telling me a plastic cup costs $1? It seems like the other reviews don’t quite capture the experience here, as this is undoubtedly the best Dunkin' in the Glenview area. The donuts are consistently fresh! I exclusively visit this location for my donuts because they’re simply the best. The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never encountered any issues. A big thank you to the staff for their hard work!
They advertised the donuts I ordered and processed my payment, but when I got to the window, they didn't actually have them. When I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't do it since there was no manager present. I suggest steering clear of this place.

Service is always fast and friendly, order is accurate and donuts, coffee and strawberry lemonade were delicious. This is one of my weekend regular stops and it will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
At Dunkin', freshness seems to be lacking. At 8 pm, they sell donuts that were made at 6 am, so much for a menu that promises freshly made items day and night.
