I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the employees, Shannon, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She appeared visibly frustrated with customers and even used profanity toward some of them. On top of that, she loudly criticized a fellow employee while neglecting her own responsibilities. Her disrespectful language was heard by everyone around, and she frequently complained about the customers and her workload. While I understand that frustrations can happen in a work environment, such behavior is completely unacceptable when serving customers. I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’. They often close earlier than their posted hours; even though they say they’re open until 8 PM, they turn off the lights and lock up by 7. I’ve waited a few minutes only to be told they’re already closed, as if they expect customers to just walk away. Yesterday, they didn’t have any hot coffee, and muffins are almost never available. It feels like the management pushes away good employees. My coffee orders get mixed up about four times a week, and today it happened twice. I’m honestly exhausted with this place.
Waited 5 mins for someone to ask can I help you get to the window pay and waited another 10 mins finally got out my car and had to scream thru the lil window can I have my coffee I paid for! get the coffee get to the other side of the building the girl who I paid at the window was outside kissing some white dude he was driving a black mustang and the girl is a skinny black girl with braids in her hair the bit&ch need to be terminated immediately hope the owner reads his reviews and clean that dump up!!!
I used the drive-thru via the phone app to order one coffee and one donut, which should not have taken 15 minutes. When I reached the speaker, I waited for the representative to respond and was then asked to be patient for a minute. I agreed, but after 4 minutes I had to ask if she was still there. She then told me to pull forward to the window, where I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee and donut. The coffee was weak. I will never be going there again.

I ordered an iced coffee, and when I got to the window, the price display was broken. I asked for the total, but it caught me off guard, so I handed the cashier my card and asked for a receipt. When I questioned the price difference, she simply shrugged. Feeling frustrated, I requested to return my items and get a refund, but she quickly grabbed my card from my hand. I will not be going back to this place.

I waited 20 minutes for a small order, and when my coffee finally arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted bad, so I had to throw it away. When I asked about my donut, I was told they were completely out. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.

this is probably the worst dunkin donuts ive been to, the girl read my order back to me right and then my drink comes out completely wrong. also ordered the new ice spice drink they didnt even make it right they gave me a regular iced coffee with pumpkin swirl and sugar
