Horrible customer services. Stopped by today for getting a donut and coffee. Before I ordering anything, I asked for the code for the restroom. The staff refused and saying I need to order first because that's for customer only or I need to show her the receipts. I told her I will order after using the restroom, refused again. I understand their duties of keeping environment clean for their customers, however, being a regular Dunkin' customer and was treated like this made me feel unwelcome. She said that's company's policy and I doubt it very much Dunkin' saying customer must show the receipts to use the restroom. This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn 't feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she 's not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins??? Sorry, we ran out of napkins this was her answer to another customer while we were here. This is my second time, 5/2 after my first visit and it 's still dirty and this employee here Arlyn has not changed. Coffee could've been better. My husband and I ordered a medium hot coffee and an iced cappuccino and it tasted like pure coffee with no sweetener. It didn't taste bad it just needs sugar to balance the coffee. Other than that, the sandwiches and donuts are tasty. The people at the drive-thru taking our order were very kind to us.
This place really feels like a labor of love. The staff is always energetic and friendly, never rude. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young lady named Keziah (I know I spelled that wrong). She's always so cheerful and upbeat, and she never gets my order wrong. I absolutely adore this restaurant!

This was quite possibly the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I've ever had. The staff was unpleasant and we ended up waiting over half an hour for our breakfast sandwiches. When we finally received them, they were made incorrectly, and our coffees tasted terrible after sitting for so long.
I absolutely love this place! I was there today—don’t judge me! I really have to mention that the girl at the counter makes the experience so enjoyable. She’s always in a good mood, even when things are busy.
I stopped by the drive-thru one night craving some glazed donuts, but I was disappointed to find out they had none available. All they offered were fancy sandwiches and coffee.
I wouldn’t go to this location again they are rude and slow and the orders always have issues don’t waste your time with this place
