I was excited to enjoy my favorite jelly donut from Dunkin', but I left disappointed. The dough tasted stale, and the jelly was much thicker than I remember. What bothered me most was that the donut was coated in granulated sugar instead of the powdered sugar that I’ve always expected from Dunkin’ locations. I believe franchises should have consistent standards across their menu to maintain quality. Please keep using powdered sugar for your jelly donuts!
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The employee made a remark suggesting that I only came in to use the restroom since I hadn't ordered a drink yet. In reality, I was just passing by the counter to find my coworker so we could place our orders together. I usually visit Dunkin' at least once or even twice a day, but now I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
The service here is fast, and you can generally count on getting your order right about 90% of the time. It's a dependable place for donuts, coffee, and sandwiches—nothing too special, but you know exactly what you’re getting when you stop by. While it may not be the most thrilling spot, they do manage your order quickly. Just a note, the air conditioning inside is pretty strong!
The restaurant is supposed to open at 5 AM. I placed my order after that time, and it was confirmed and paid for. However, when I arrived at 5:15, the place was still closed. This has happened multiple times when they've been late to open. Reserva una mesa ahora
They manage mobile orders extremely efficiently. I usually place my order during my daughter's Little Gym class, and it’s always ready within a few minutes.
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. However, the overall experience feels quite average and similar to what you would find at other places.
