I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and my experience was quite frustrating. The staff were incredibly rude and unapproachable. It was difficult to understand them; they mumbled their words and seemed annoyed when I asked them to repeat anything they shouted at me. I ordered two donuts, but there was no one else in line. The woman behind the counter just stood there staring at me, which was really uncomfortable. When I handed her a printed gift card, she took it and continued to look at me, leaving me unsure if I needed to do anything else or if I could just leave. I’m giving it 2 stars because the donuts were amazing!
I would give this place a negative star rating if I could; it was truly terrible. It took 20 minutes just to get our drinks and some food. The server seemed to struggle with the simple order of three frozen hot chocolates, some food, and an iced coffee. While he was nice towards the end, his attitude throughout the service really affected the experience, resulting in an overall score of -5 out of 5 stars. On a positive note, the food and drinks were amazing, so I can't complain about that.
On November 22, 2020, I placed an order, and the person at the counter coughed and jokingly said "CORONA." I was concerned about their well-being but did not receive a response. I decided not to proceed with my order. Joking about something so serious is inappropriate, especially when thousands of lives are lost each day. Furthermore, the woman working the window was wearing her mask below her nose. It's crucial to wear a mask properly to protect others, especially when handling food.
Horrible place! I went there last night around 7:30. I was hungry and wanted some coffee after running around. Well I show up and I see no cars in the parking lot. I thought sweet I?m the only one there when I walked up to the doors they WERE LOCKED! The building had its lights on and the machines were on. If your hours are saying you are open until 10pm then STAY OPEN UNTIL 10PM! I hope management sees this! It?s a disgrace! Reserva una mesa ahora
I’m a regular customer, visiting at least three times a week. The coffee is always delicious, and every bakery item I try is fantastic. The staff is not only friendly but also always wearing a smile! Even though I live nearby, I’m willing to drive to other locations just to enjoy their offerings.
