I strongly advise against visiting this location! My sister and I used to go to this Dunkin' almost every morning for our coffee, but we encountered issues with the staff at the drive-thru each time. On one occasion, an employee insisted they had given us our drink, even though we never received it, and they continued to argue with us when we asked about the beverage we had just paid for. Another time, I ordered a single drink and requested a cup holder since I didn’t have one in my car. The employee at the window refused to give me a cup holder unless I purchased three or more drinks. This Dunkin' is conveniently located near my home and is one of my two favorite locations. The staff is friendly, and I always receive my drinks and food promptly. They pay attention to your order requests. One thing I appreciate is that they have a garbage can in the drive-thru, which is becoming rare. I didn't rate it 5 stars because there are times when they assign someone who doesn't speak English well to the drive-thru, making it difficult to understand them.

Either pay by card or count your change. I have had a few of the employees there try to hold onto my change on several occasions now. The food and drinks are DD standard, so no complaints there.The younger kids they have hired recently are really pleasant and polite at the drive through window. The shop is generally kept clean.

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I know of! I visit every week, and the staff is consistently friendly, always providing the correct change. The food can be a little burnt on occasion, but that's not always the case. The drinks are fantastic! Whether you're in a hurry or not, this is definitely the Dunkin' Donuts to go to. Very rude, poor customer service. If you clean the machine, how can you say that I can't do a hot chai? Atleast should offer to wait while you make clean and after. Train your employees with good customer support.
