I ordered around $40 worth of food for an event this morning and was asked to wait in the parking lot while they finished preparing my order. That was fine! However, when a woman came out to hand me my food, she said, "Next time you place such a large order, please come inside." I’m sorry, but that's part of the job—providing good customer service, right? I already have a bad impression of Dunkin', and after this experience, I'll definitely avoid this location in the future. The food was a mess, and the drinks were disappointing. Well done, Dunkin'.

Every time my coworker and I visit this restaurant, we encounter staff members with poor attitudes. They often throw our food on the counter and frequently get our orders wrong. It's like I have to speak to them like robots just for them to understand what I'm asking for.

I really love the new cold brew with sweet foam! Sometimes there are long lines, but the staff always serve me quickly and are very polite. On several occasions, other customers have even paid for my coffee. You can't go wrong with great coffee and a smile!
I ordered one item, but it was incorrectly charged. They never looked into why it was twice the normal price.
