I have never done a review on google until now but I can recommend after 5 experiences at this particular location that I highly encourage anyone who wants to get anything from dunkin dounuts not to go to this location. Just now I ordered through my mobile order just a basic latte listed on their app nothing crazy or anything specific added to it and I received just pure black coffee. I usually give benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time this has occurred to me at this location. Just dont go here at all even if its the only shop open.
Slowest drive through service of any place ever. It took me 24 minutes to get to the window, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once there, I received no sort of greeting; the young man just blurted out my total. After being given my coffee and change, he turned away from the window. He offered no thank you or any sort of apology for the unacceptably long wait. I sat there until he looked at me again, and I left him with a rather forceful You're welcome Slow service poor customer service= my last time giving this place another chance.
Quite terrible, 3 stars wanted to wait for terrible customer service, lack of choice (from almost everything) and a terrible long. I was the only person in the store and probably took 15 minutes to get a simple order. However, I have reduced my rating to 1 star because they managed to screw up my order as well. I've never returned a drink, but I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and the tea she gave me was so sweet, it was like drinking sugar. Abysmal. Never back. Their locations on Riva and in edge water are so much better!
Staff is nice, it would be quicker to watch paint dry than to wait in the drive through. 15+ minutes even if you?re the only car in line, god forbid the line is long. Not to mention the parking lot was designed by Helen Keller and if there is a long line you will surely be blocking parked cars from leaving. Reminds me of the animated movie where the sloth is a receptionist. ?America runs on dunkin? does not apply to this location, slogan should be ?we don?t care?

This is the longest waiting I've ever had with the donuts in the area. Not sure what happened today. Hope they had only a bad day and that's not typical. I'd rather go to one of the 3rd line food is fine coffee is normal, but the line was ridiculously long. each driver's order took too long to get through.
Coffee is never consistent here. Placed to order on the app and was given evil Stale donuts that did not even the kind I had ordered. Line is always long. Dunkin location!!!
Finding great variability in the quality of the merchandise from one Dunkin Donuts to another this one knew how to make the apple fritters right.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The invoice was average for the menu. Eating is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

They don't always have decaf, but the last couple times the people working there have been VERY good and deserve a raise .
Food was satisfying. Long wait time, but only because they are short staffed.
