I have been coming here for about a year after switching over from the Dunkin on Lakeville Road and Union Tpke due to their horrible service and bad orders and I’m glad I made the decision. The employees are very nice and respectful and make your order the right way. Whenever I come after a long interval, they still remember my order which goes to show their dedication. I wish this was a Baskin Robbins as well but still 5 stars!
I just mobile ordered a hot coffee and they instead gave me an iced coffee, I showed them that the order was wrong but they still didn’t care or changed it just had a bad attitude. There’s two men working here now and they don’t care what your order is, they give you whatever they like..
I ordered one pumpkin donut and a small refresher. the lady gave me TWO DONUTS and a MEDIUM refresher!!!!!!!!!!! I had 74 cents in change and she gave me 75 CENTS!!!! Great service and people ????? ??

This is the best Dunkin' in the area! The one in Garden City is really disappointing, and Franklin Square comes in a close second, but it still doesn't compare.
One of the worst places I've been to. The service took far too long, and my order was incorrect. They never prepared it the way I requested.
