I ordered a medium coffee, but I ended up getting a medium hot coffee instead. When I informed the staff that I actually wanted iced coffee, she insisted that I had requested hot coffee. Why is there a need to argue with a customer about whether they want hot or iced coffee? Unfortunately, I never received my iced coffee.
