The biggest disappointment was the wine, particularly its temperature. While it's understandable for a regular restaurant to have some discrepancies, a wine bar should be on point. Unfortunately, the red wines were served too warm. While they can be served at slightly elevated temperatures, they shouldn't exceed the typical indoor temperature of around 75 degrees in Houston. They felt warm both to the touch and on the palate. The Sauvignon Blanc was somewhat chilled, but the Pinot Noir (best served at 60-65 degrees) and the Beaujolais (which thrives at 56 degrees) were both well into the 70s, making them less enjoyable.

Service was hard to get without being rude and waving hand in the air or actually shouting. Partly because the noise level in there was so loud. We were a round table of 8/9 and you could only hear the person who was directly next to you on either side. The other part was the waiter was also working in another space of the restaurant and would stand nearer to his other tables and could not see anyone of us. The food was fabulous but we couldn’t eat as a whole group bc the food staggered out, but again, everything was yummy. This was not my first or 5th time there, I do love this place, but maybe not for groups over 4 or on the weekends. Definitely worth another shot at girl’s night on a Thur...
Service from the gentleman that took care of us was very slow and seemed uninterested. Asked for items multiple times and never got them. Had to ask the runner for them a second time. Our table ordered multiple wine flights, was never explained which wine was which. Food was a bit bland, no salt on steak, nor offered at the table. For the type of place and the cost of dinner would have expected much better service. Unfortunately our first time there and quite frankly not sure we will go back, disappointing.
Very energetic place to spend a Friday evening. The noise level was very high, so we did not enjoy it as much since we were trying to have a conversation during our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, and the wines were good. Service was excellent. If I had know it would be so noisy, we probably would not have come here, but if that’s what you like, then it’s a great place!!

The pork chop was the special of the evening, normally priced at $28 but offered for just $18. It was packed with flavor—absolutely delicious! It came with garlic mashed potatoes, but I swapped those for Brussels sprouts. I even brought some leftovers home for another meal.
Visited for an anniversary dinner w/ friends and had an exceptional experience! The menu choices were much broader than I had expected the food was outstanding! We’ll be back!
This was our first visit and we loved it! The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic! Our server let me sample some red wines. We are definitely coming back!
The food is excellent but the service is even better! We are treated like family.
