East Cafe has been around for at least 20 years and it has not changed except for the new chairs and no smoking. Same great food great prices. It’s a local Chinese dive – the ambiance is not spectacular and they don’t have a bar but you can get a satisfying lunch for less than $7 and dinner for less than $10. I always get the sesame shrimp although I recently tried the Chicken wrap (also comes in beef or combo). It comes with a neat table side presentation and tastes great. It’s like a Chinese burrito with no beans of course. I LOVE this place and hope they don’t change it for another 20 years. I have them on speed dial and you can pick up take out in about 12 minutes. HIGHLY recommended!
I have been going to this restaurant for most of my life and I can easily say this is the best Chinese food in Colorado. I drive an hour and a half just to eat here. Every dish is unique and flavorful and made with quality ingredients. My favorite is the hurricane but unlike most Chinese food restaurants I would taste anything on the menu here. The service is always good but if you want truly outstanding service I would recommend asking for Steven. This man is amazing at his job!
I’ve been coming here since I was little. I’m 30 now and still this is one of my most favorite places. They have the best food and service. Love all the people that work here.
The food here is excellent. While the restaurant has an older vibe and isn't very modern, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit or even for takeout.

this is my favorite Chinese food in aurora. huge menu. I try something new every time. havent was still disappointed. They've been here for 40 years.
SAME Cafe is now my go-to spot while back in DenverI love being able to eat an affordable, healthy, community style meal.
This place was moderate, cheap and really fast when it came to order lunch, nothing but amazing or unique to me. Ours.
