We attempted to have dinner as a family of four this evening, but it turned into a rather disappointing experience. We arrived around 5:50 PM and were seated right away at a table that came with an unexpected side of French fries. After waiting for 15 minutes and observing the service at nearby tables, including three that were seated after us, we decided to leave. Nobody acknowledged us during our wait; it felt as if we weren't even there. My wife and children were left sitting there with our menus, and absolutely nothing else. Meanwhile, the restaurant was busy, with at least three servers and a busser nearby.
Food was ok, I think our waitress was new because she was very slow and visited each table and went and got what they needed and came back when she could have gotten everything for multiple tables in one trip. Work smarter not harder! Have to learn time management and multi tasking to effectively wait tables in a timely manner. It was not busy at all but took much longer to get a quick lunch than I anticipated. It's very nice in there though, and the food was worth going back for.
The food is a mix. Homemade chips. Cheese steak and wraps are done well. Salads solid the chicken fajitas are bland and short on the meat.good atmosphere and friendly staff we had a waitress that muffet the apotizer chips and Guacamole did not come until after the meal was down and seemed normal to her to apologizeGive them away and be unconcerned about customers or company profit margins I am sorry I forgot her name.
Not a good experience!!!!This bar has a fantastic game room that we were planning on using but they closed it down way before the bar was closing. Disappointing!!! Mind you we love this place but very upset with how staff looked at each other and pretty much saying ?oops? when we asked if it was open or not.

My fried chicken sandwich was raw inside. I gave 3 stars cause the Mac and cheese was delicious and the inside was really, nice lots of things to look at. Staff was friendly and beer was cold.
this was my first time here. the food was amazing and the grilled chicken was great. our server was very nice. the restaurant was also very nice and a good environment
