It was our first time coming here and we actually walked in from the back parking lot entrance. When you first walk in the back, you walk into what looks like a small dark storage room that had unused fridge and old advertising decorations. Then you walk into another room which looks like the restaurant now, but the lights were off and it looked abandoned. As for the food, it was outstanding! The beef noodle soup was exceptional, featuring a richly beefy broth with warm spices, chewy noodles, and tender pieces of beef—this style of soup is simply delicious. The braised pork over rice was the perfect balance of tender and fatty, and the pickled greens on the side really tied the dish together beautifully. My brother's mapo tofu was the best I've ever tasted, perfectly balancing spice, richness, sweetness, and acidity, with just enough pork to enhance the flavor without overwhelming the tofu.

The food is excellent. Amazing flavors, accurately prepared by Taiwanese staff (the flavors remind us of Taiwan ! 3 cups chicken is freshly chopped chicken parts- so beware of bone shards. The beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes, pancake wrapped with beef— they were all a+. The dine-in experience itself lacks a lot. We can ignore the fruit flies hovering occasionally near us, as thats not really anyone’s fault. Also they’re a bit understaffed, which isn’t totally their fault- so be patient if you want to dine there in the evenings. I’m thrilled that they’ve finally reopened for indoor dining after a year! Edison has plenty of fantastic Chinese restaurants, but this one is definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. My top picks include the Three Cup Chicken, Spicy Dry Pot with Beef, and Fried Squid. Some other tasty options, which you can see in the pictures, are the Satay Beef Stir Fry Noodles, Jellyfish, Fried Pork Chop, Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, and Seafood with Tofu.

Craving dumplings and noodles and a search led me to Edison Noodles House I ordered for take out, so I imagine it is even more delicious in house! Soup dumplings were good, not as soup filled as some, but still tasty. The beef noodle soup was very flavorful! Filling portion of noodles, and I saved half of the broth for later. The mapo tofu was my favorite, the right amount of spiciness for me. Excited to order from here again and hopefully will dine in next time.
The food was fantastic and the portions were enormous! This place is definitely a great choice for Taiwanese cuisine. We tried the pork and chive dumplings, the fried chicken appetizer (Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken), hot pepper beef, and green beans. The server was friendly and even helped us pack up our leftovers, which were quite a lot!
We really enjoyed the vegetable fried noodles and sesame chicken. The portions were big and the food came out really fast. The venue is also nice and large enough to host a big group.
The restaurant is clean. Fresh dumplings made on site and its good. Soup dumpling skin is thick. Noodles taste alright. It's more like a neighborhood family shop

Found this place by accident. Very impressed by all the delicious authentic Taiwanese dishes. Service is always pretty good. Will definitely be back!
Very authentic Taiwanese food. Casual and comfortable atmosphere with nice service. This is one of the local restaurants I will support.
