The restaurant is clean but I had a most unsettling experience as I ordered my Japanese food dinner. I was greeted by a young woman who rudely didn 't reply to my Hello and are you open when I walked in and asked for a menu. I found a take out menu myself on the counter and asked if they were serving. There was no one else in the restaurant at all at this time. She was at the cash register and the restaurant was open. She then immediately said ' Waht do you want? I said; I will have a look Here 's how it went: So she said: What do you want? Recommend by a neighbouring shop owner. We had 3 lunch boxes and a volcano roll, and extra Gyoza. Every thing was up to par. We did not stray into too anything interesting. The boxes were all familiar and fresh. The sashimi was good. The volcano roll was a California roll with tuna and avocado and some spicy Japanese mayo. It was all good...perhaps a bit generic as others have suggested but not deserving of one star to be sure. A pleasant quick lunch
We had dinner here with a large group of family members and we were seated in a private booth. It was comfortable and the service was very good. Our server was very helpful in explaining different items on the menu and helping us find what we were looking for. The chief came out to check on us and make sure everything was good. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good evening. And the Sushi was very good.
Average. A lot of seats for a modern Sushi place these days. Pretty much empty. Seems a lot of Take Out here and that likely carries the day. You do not see the sushi being made but it is passable albeit a touch to expensive. Not a first choice but a good atmosphere and generally attentive staff.
