El Charro Mexican Restaurant Bar Grill

I must start out by saying that I’ve never been here before, this was my first experience and it will be my last. The staff completely avoided me. Took thirty minutes for someone to finally come to my table and get my drink order. Then I ran out of salsa, asked for more and never got it. The food tasted like a microwave dinner. Staff seemed to care more about customers that speak their tongue than those of us that only speak English. I wish I didn’t have to do this but I was on lunch from work so I’m glad that my boss was okay that I took a little longer than normal on my lunch break. I’ll never eat here ever again. Thanks for treating me like I wasn’t welcome.

Wow. Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere, very very good prices, I honestly thought I was gonna pay 5 dllrs more for that plate. Service was OK.., I ran out if tea, sssoooooo, I asked for some more, cause I really want to come back here. More than well proportioned. Food and drinks are always good here but service suck I tip the bus boy every time cuz he’s better then the waiter we had a big group go with us a $300 bill and the waiter never checks on us after getting our food never came back to refill our drinks the bus boy got our Togo boxes not the waiter that bus boy needs a raise and promotion I would rather he be our waiter

The food was very dry and bland, fries and tacos came with little to no seasoning, and the Texas shrimp was very over cooked. And it smelled liked cleaner and also something else around our table. The place was dirty, and our waitress messed up our order a little bit, and was very absent.

We really enjoy the fresh food here even better is the service. We enjoy how THOMAS takes care of us! We thought he was the manager with his friendly takin' care of business attitude wish he was our WAITER. We appreciate his work ethic hope he stays at the Hillsboro location.
