I was ordering from the parking lot and placed my order, but my card was charged for delivery right away. I went inside to ask if they could cancel the delivery, but the manager refused. Instead of waiting 30 minutes for my order, I decided to go home. However, my order never arrived, and when I called the delivery service, nobody answered and there were no drivers available. I ended up driving 5 miles to pick up my food, only to find it was cold and mushy. When I confronted the manager about it, he just laughed. I will never return to this place!
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The grilling is excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous. My family comes here often, even with our small children, and we truly enjoy every visit.
The food was underseasoned, and we were served wilted brown lettuce. Our margarita order was forgotten, resulting in a very disappointing experience overall. I will not be returning.
When in the area, my wife I routinely visit El Jarrito. Another great Mexican restaurant in West Monroe!
