El Patron Authentic Mexican Cuisine

It's that time, y'all!!Another restaurant review.Hubby and I have been going to them for a while. This is his favorite Mexican spot. So long they moved from Douglas Ave to Merle Hay Rd.Today, I got the Molcajete Rancho Fiesta, and hubby got Zapata. We tried mine at one other restaurant and loved it, so why not try it here.They didn't disappoint!! I didn't realize it had a cactus. I thought I was eating some kind of pepper. I enjoyed the cactus. My favorite part was the panela. I love, love, love cheese. It's very soft and creamy.The drinks never disappoint and well worth the price!The only downfall is don't leave your meat in the bowl too long it will dry out but still good coming from someo...

We fill very disappointing about this place shrimp cocktail was having only 6 or 7 shrimp when we paid almost 25 dollars each this is ridiculous also was coming with one ceviche tostada I never in my life have this bad experience this tostada have only cucumber tomato onion cilantro but hoo surprise that’s all my first tostada with out shrimp or fish was terrible I definitely not recommend this place and obviously never come back in here.?????

Food is delicious, the margaritas not so good for Wednesdays Margaritas night? they are weak and tasteless but the food is so scrumptious!!!!!I just ordered online and forgot to order beans and as a one time courtesy they are sending some! I appreciate that because that is all my daughter will eat!Update Baria tacos ? were very dry today and fatty! Kind of a waste of money! Unfortunately probably will never order from here again. ?

We came here for my husband's birthday and it was great. Nice sized vegetarian menu, and were able to accommodate regular menu items to vegetarian. Portion sizes were huge and the food was delicious. We didn't even mean to tell them it was my husband's birthday but they overheard and brought him shots and sang him a song. He wants to come back every year for his birthday.

I had food delivered from here and it was excellent. The Camarones Aguachilis was very good note that it's cold and much like a salad. Perfectly spicy! I have never had a dish like this. The guacamole was good too.

It is a beautiful restaurant and everything inside is hand crafted and a beautiful atmosphere. The food was amazing. The staff is spot on with refills and special requests, and it's the perfect location.

Friend staff. Chip were warm good. Food came quickly was yummy. Prices are fair. Will definitely eat here again.
