El Pollo Grill Otay Ranch

El Pollo Grill employees need better training on how to be friendly and inviting, not this blah attitude like they don't want to be there or attend to customers when they want to take an order, or if they come up to the counter to ask for something/have a question. If you work in the customer service industry, provide customer service and learn to be a good host. If that's not you, then get a job hiding in the back of a warehouse. Left a bad taste in my mouth and probably not going back again. That's too bad.

Big size Bacon Breakfast Burrito but it wasnt good at all. First time ordering from here and last. Tortilla was cold and not fully cooked. Eggs had no flavor and requested avocado and they put a mix guacamole with tomatoes etc, ruined my breakfast. Its a sign to make me some breakfast at home...

Best Carne Asada Fries in town! Love the carne Asada mulitas, too. They always provided excellent service! The facility is kept clean and well stocked. Love the outdoor patio as well! Tonight we did a ChowNow order and the food was just as delicious delivered as it is when we dine in!

Surf and turf burrito was excellent.... the carne asada fries were cold.... fries looked old and semi burnt, cheese did not melt at all. Other than that the food is excellent as usual. Just disappointed wih the fries. Reserva una mesa ahora

The breakfast burritos were perfect! Great amount of everything and well distributed. Potatoes were seasoned well and tortilla was nice and soft. Bacon was meaty and not fatty. We will order these again!!

Cali burrito is always good here, good carne asada. The NEW San Diego Burrito was delish and had a good amount of shrimp. If I could change just one thing about it more fries and less rice.

I LOVE this place. Everything Ive tried has been delicious but the 619 Mysterio Bowl and burrito are my favorites. Great value. Even the salads are huge. 10/10

They never give sals, I always have to call the restaurant to get it or else they won't put any in the bag. It's annoying
